Order Processing / Shipping
- We aim to print all orders placed before 5 PM on the same day and postage next day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be printed the next business day and posted either same day or the following day
Further Shipping Information..
- All orders are shipped the next business day after printing.
- Expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days.
- We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all shipments.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping is free on orders of £30.00 and above.
- For orders below £30.00, a standard shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
We do our best to pack your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not happy with your purchase within one week (7 days) of delivery, please contact us here or DM us via Instagram or Facebook.
- Provide details of your issue and any relevant photos to help us understand the problem, and an exchange or refund can be processed accordingly.
- Depending on the situation, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
