Changed your mind?
- You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel, for any reason.
- Email us first at hello@vikriti-creations.co.uk with your order number. The returns address is in our Refund policy. Please don't post anything to our registered office in London: it can't take parcels.
- Post it back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage.
- We refund you within 14 days of getting it back (or of you sending proof of postage, if that's sooner), including the standard postage you paid if you send back the whole order.
Faulty or damaged?
- Email us your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We pay the return postage (if we need it back at all).
- Within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund. After that, we'll replace it or repair it, and refund you if that doesn't fix things.
Didn't arrive?
If it's not with you 10 working days after we posted it, tell us and we'll send another or refund you.
Personalised items
We don't sell personalised items yet. If we ever do, we'll tell you before you buy that you can't return them just because you changed your mind (faulty items are always covered).
