Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don't need to give a reason.

  1. Tell us you want to cancel by emailing hello@vikriti-creations.co.uk with your order number. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
  2. Post the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging where possible, to:

  3. We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of getting them back (or of you showing us proof of postage, if that's sooner), to your original payment method.

You pay the cost of posting items back when you've changed your mind. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than you'd need to check it.

Please don't send returns to our registered office in London. It doesn't accept parcels.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives broken, faulty or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Custom and personalised orders

Items made to your own specification (for example a custom colour, name or design) can't be cancelled once we've started making them, unless they're faulty.
