Who we are

Your order

When you place an order we email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is made when we email to say your order has been posted. If we can't supply something, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our products

Our pieces are designed by us and 3D printed in PLA. Small variations in colour, layer lines and finish are part of how they're made and aren't faults. Sizes are given on each product page.

Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14. Contains small parts. Keep away from young children and pets. Keep PLA away from high heat (for example a car dashboard in summer), as it can soften.

Cancelling and returns

See our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our designs

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Vikriti Creations. Please don't copy or reproduce them without asking.

Liability

If we fail to meet these terms we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
