Safety first
- Not a toy. Our keychains and charms are decorative items, not toys.
- Not suitable for children under 14. They contain small parts, such as the metal crimp tube, the hidden ring and small printed pieces, that could be swallowed or cause choking.
- Keep away from babies, young children and pets. Don't let pets chew them.
- Don't put them in your mouth.
- Check now and then. If a piece cracks, or the cord or metal parts come loose, stop using it and email us.
- Car mirrors: if you hang a charm from a rear-view mirror, make sure it doesn't block your view or swing into your line of sight while driving.
Keep it cool
PLA starts to soften at about 50 C. That's easy to reach in a closed car on a sunny day, on a dashboard, on a radiator or next to an oven. A softened piece can bend or lose its shape, and that isn't covered as a fault. Keep it out of direct heat.
Cleaning
- Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth, then let it dry.
- Don't use a dishwasher, hot water or solvents such as nail polish remover or strong cleaners.
- Don't soak the cord for long periods.
Everyday wear
- On busy keyrings, pieces can rub against keys and get small scuffs. That's normal wear.
- Don't use it to take heavy loads: the cord loop is for hanging the piece, not for pulling or carrying weight.
- Clickers: press the top, not the sides, and don't press with anything sharp.
