How it works

  1. Tell us your idea. Four quick steps on our design page. It takes a couple of minutes and asking is free.
  2. Get your quote. We price it from what you send us and reply with a clear costs outline: design, prints and delivery, plus a small deposit to start.
  3. See it in 3D and say what you think. Your design appears on your own private page. Spin it round, zoom in, and pin a comment on the exact spot you want changed.
  4. Happy? We print it. You approve the design, then we print, finish and post it.

Telling us your idea

Seeing your design

Every version lands on your private page, so you can see what changed and why.

Comments that point at the exact spot. Each one saves a snapshot of what you were looking at, so nothing gets lost in a long email chain.

What it costs

Every idea is different, so we price each one from what you send us. Before anything starts you get a written quote that sets out the design, the prints, any extras and delivery, so there are no surprises.

  • No moulds, no tooling, no minimum order. We print straight from the design, so a single piece is as easy as fifty.
  • You see it before it's made. Changes happen on screen, not after a batch has been printed.
  • Asking is free. You only pay once you've seen the quote and said yes.

The deposit

A small deposit starts the design. It comes back to you at the end: we take it off your final bill.

  • Change your mind before we start designing? Full refund.
  • Stop after we've made you a draft? We keep the deposit for the design work done, and you owe nothing more.
  • If we can't make it, you get it all back.

Your idea stays yours

  • Your design page is private. Only you, and anyone you ask us to add, can see it.
  • We never sell, share or publish a design made for you without asking first.
  • We can't copy logos, characters or designs that belong to someone else, so please only send artwork you own or have permission to use.

Custom pieces are made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right. Our pieces are keepsakes, not toys: not suitable for children under 14, as they can contain small parts.
