When will it arrive?

Working days are Monday to Friday, not bank holidays. Everything is printed to order or in small batches and put together by hand, which is why it isn't next-day.
Buying for a festival or birthday? Order at least a week before. Check the festival calendar for dates.
Where we post to
UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't post to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or abroad yet.
Tracking
2nd Class post isn't tracked. We keep proof of postage for every order and email you when it's on its way.
Lost post
If your order hasn't turned up 10 working days after we posted it, email hello@vikriti-creations.co.uk with your order number. It's our responsibility until it reaches you, so we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll get in touch and may ask you to cover the cost of posting it again.
