When the gods arm Durga to fight Mahishasura in the Devi Mahatmya (chapter 2), Indra draws a thunderbolt out of his own vajra and gives it to her, along with a bell from his elephant Airavata.
Indra's thunderbolt, with a lotus at each end and the prongs curving in. Silver and gold with red detail, rounded and double-sided.
