Murugan's spear, with its broad leaf-shaped blade on a slim shaft. Silver and gold with red detail, rounded and double-sided.
A note for Navratri: the vel belongs to Murugan, who received it from his mother Parvati. It isn't one of the weapons the gods give Durga in the Devi Mahatmya. Agni does give her a spear (a shakti), but that's a different weapon.
