What are they made of?
PLA, a plastic made from plants such as corn starch or sugar cane. We 3D print every piece ourselves on Bambu Lab printers in Watford. The colours are printed in, not painted on, so they don't chip or rub off.
How big are they?
Each listing gives the size in millimetres. Most keychains and charms are between about 3 and 6 cm tall and weigh only a few grams. Sizes are accurate to about 1 mm.
How do they hang?
Every keychain and charm comes on a black cord loop. A small metal crimp tube sits on top of the piece, and a tiny ring hidden inside holds the cord in place, so nothing pulls out. Loop the cord through a keyring, a bag strap or a zip, or hang it from a mirror or shelf.
Why does mine look slightly different from the photo?
Each piece is printed to order or in small batches, and filament colours vary a little from roll to roll. Screens show colours differently too. You may also see fine lines where the printer builds up each layer. That's normal for 3D printing and is part of what makes each one handmade.
How long will my order take?
We post within 3 working days, then Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2 to 3 working days. See Shipping and delivery.
How much is postage?
£2.50 for keychains and charms, £4.95 if your order includes a clicker, and free on orders of £25 or more. UK only.
How do the clickers work?
There's a real mechanical keyboard switch inside. Press the top and it clicks. No battery, nothing to charge.
Are they toys?
No. They are decorative keychains and charms for adults and teens. They are not suitable for children under 14 and contain small parts that could be a choking hazard. Please keep them away from babies, young children and pets.
How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Don't leave it in a hot car or on a sunny dashboard: PLA softens above about 50 C. More tips on our Care and safety page.

Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Just put the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of it arriving. Email us first, then post it to the address in our Refund policy. See Returns and refunds.
Do you post abroad?
